Roddy has more than 30 years’ experience of working in education, training and business in the North East. That includes a spell as a PACE adviser in RAF Kinloss. He has built up effective partnerships across the region, enabling him to source solutions for businesses on a local and national level.
Sam previously worked for Investors in People Scotland, supporting businesses. His experience comes backed up by an MBA, and he has a particular interest in leadership and management. He puts his wealth of experience to good use helping SMEs find solutions to their skills needs.
Lynne spent 15 years in economic development in a local authority. She was previously a tourism development officer and a reference librarian. Her contacts, and her natural ability to find the right information from a variety of sources, put her in a perfect position to support employers.
Pam has years of experience of working with employers in the Borders, connecting them with schools and training providers. She now shares her skills support expertise with employers, delivering a tailored package of initiatives, programmes and funding to help businesses meet their growth objectives.
