That’s where Skills for Growth comes in. This free service offers up to two days of expert business consultancy.

What’s involved in Skills for Growth?

Skills for Growth is a free skills consultancy service for your business. After meeting an employee engagement advisor to discuss your current challenges and goals, you’ll get up to two days of expert business consultancy. During this time, a consultant from Remarkable will speak to you and your staff, assessing the skills strengths and development areas of your business.

At the end of this consultancy period, your consultant will provide you with a detailed action plan to develop the skills your workforce needs. Your consultant will recommend training programmes where needed, and where there is funding available to cover part of the cost, they will help you access it.

Brexit

The change in the UK’s relationship with the EU, and as a result with countries all over the world, is one of the biggest potential issues facing Scottish businesses. While the full extent of the effects won’t be known for some time, it’s clear that many businesses will need new methods and new skills to adapt.
