Marketplace helps build young people’s job readiness and increases their career options. At the same time, employers can help shape young talent, address skills gaps and source their future workforce.
We created Marketplace to improve engagement between employers and education. It’s been developed in partnership with Scotland’s regional Developing Scotland’s Young Workforce (DYW) groups who identified the need to help young people have greater awareness of the career options available to them.
