It works like a skills diagnostic service for your business. We'll work to understand your skills needs, create a detailed people plan and guide you to the right support.

Guiding you to the right support

Our advisers will guide you through the whole process. They'll help make the best use of your management skills, assess the skills of your staff and work with training providers to fill the gaps.

We'll also try to minimise the cost to you by providing advice on how to maximise any public sector funding available.

  3. We'll provide you with a detailed action plan with recommendations on how you can achieve your growth ambitions.
  4. You prioritise what's most important to your business.
  5. We'll support you to achieve your new goals by helping you find training and funding.
